Great location, especially for the city and the sports venues - 1km from the river with amazing trails for walking, running, cycling. Clean and all fine. Fantastic transport links close by. Richmond’s gritty but full of character and a real buzz at weekends with bars and eating places - a Cokes and liquor store about 900m away.
Check in was a bit onerous and the key collection is 800m from the property (okay for us but others might struggle) - hate all the officious and punitive language in some of the notices and information - advice way with fines if you transgress but nothing to hold the owner to account.
