Nice Lobby, super friendly staff always willing to help.
Rooms are very basic, guess we also visited while it was super expensive because a lot of events were going on that weekend, but was expecting more for the price.

I like the room which was clean and tidy! The bathroom was spacious and beautiful! The beds were very comfortable!
I don't like the valet parking. Also the front desk receptionists were not friendly and helpful. I asked about how much to pay for the public parking across, they said that they didn't know. Seriously?! And I got the same I don't know answer when I asked about public bus. I found online that there was a #3 bus that people can take to go to down town 8th Avenue. And the bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. I can't believe that the receptionists had no idea about it. And they seemed they were being annoyed by my questions.
