Great staff. Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Nice breakfast at 6 am in lobby with many choices.
2nd visit I was given a room on the ground level. The large window in the room facing the parking lot was ground level. I asked to be moved to a higher floor. Front desk understood and in a few minutes was moved to the 3rd floor.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had trash in our room when we checked in. Like half drank water bottles and stuff.
When we came down to breakfast at ~10 (breakfast was until 11), half of the things were out and never refilled/replaced.
