The location was exactly where we wanted to be, close to the Hertz car return. We didn’t have the breakfast. The facility was great. I wish we had more time to have drinks and sit on the patio. We loved the basement though!

I liked the property. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a unique style . Was very satisfied with my 6 night stay

The only problem at this time was the construction going on with the street.

The retro remodeling was nicely done and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

First it was very noisy with road construction of a new transit system from early morning throughout the day. Then in the evening the bar music and traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Ended up using a white noise app to drown out the background noise. Second the location on East Colfax is in a bad part of town. While checking in we ran into a drugged out couple looking for the 'office' to get a room. I pointed them to the app but they didn't have a smart phone so they left. Also a homeless person was camped out adjacent to the property. Third there is no coffee in the room and the on-site cafe with complimentary coffee which was suppose to open was closed.
