The property was fantastic. Quiet, peaceful location and clean. Loved it

Lack of food choice, management was rude. Had an incident where I was accused of breaking and the manager demanded cash without proof. I ended up calling the police to solve the situation. By then my mood was ruined by it. Managed needs to be trained.

Un lugar mágico donde desconectar 🥰 El personal muy servicial, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Las instalaciones muy nuevas y las habitaciones muy limpias. Una estancia increíble, volveríamos a repetir 100%

Amazing experience and staffs are very friendly...breakfast was superb and amazing tast..Overall very good experience!

Ambience

If you didn’t enjoy your stay, you can post a balanced review like this for Astara Munnar: I recently stayed here with my family and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The location and scenery are beautiful, and the staff were generally polite. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The towels had an unpleasant smell, room cleanliness was only average, and the dome accommodations offered very little privacy as they were located too close to each other. The pool setup was also not very family-friendly. A common swimming pool, kids’ play area, and better privacy arrangements would greatly improve the guest experience. While the ambiance, views, food, restaurant, and staff behavior were good, I felt the overall value did not justify the expectations created by the property’s marketing. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves the experience for future guests.
