I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to everything you might need, yet surprisingly quiet. There are several convenience stores and local restaurants just a short walk away, which made grabbing a late-night snack or a quick meal super easy. Despite being near shops and eateries, the accommodation itself felt calm and peaceful, with no street noise. Highly recommend it.

First of all, the host Steven, was very kind to provide all the personal documents needed for our visa approval. He was very understanding and replied fast. Without his help, we wouldn’t be able to come to Seoul. The stay was excellent as well. Eventhough it is near Hongdae street, it is not noisy at all. You don’t hear the neighbours at all, sometimes you hear them just going up the stairs when you’re near the door. A short walk takes you to the subway, which is very convenient and it is very fun in the evening walking through the little shops around Hongdae. The appartment has everything you could think of. It has different charging cables, a projector, a lot of power outlets, a LOT of space, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, big fridge etc. It is also very big. The washing machine was easy to use, once you translate the options. I did not figure out how you can dry the clothes with the machine, but I just hung them up to airdry. The appartment is very clean!! It is well-kept! Next to the appartment, there is a convenience store which is great for latenight snacks. This stay is my favourite so far in Seoul! I’ll definitely be staying back here if I come back.

There was some construction going on outside and in the appartment next to us, so we would be woken up early or one time they worked until really late, but that is not something the host can change. However, our itinerary did not leave enough space to sleep longer so it was no problem for us. Keep in mind that the bathroom is a little small, but honestly you don’t need more space than that. One small detail, there is not a lot of daylight that shines through, even though there are big windows. The light is a little blocked off because of the laundry hanging in the space between the street and the livingroom or bedroom. There is, however, enough light that you can turn on in the appartment. I haven’t used the kitchen but I saw that you have every appliance available.
