Everything. Nice place in the heart of the city

Stunning atmosphere, classic old French-Saloniki building with modern updates, spacious and airy, beautiful art, great library. We ended up spending a lot of time just relaxing in the apartment because it was so perfect.
There was an air conditioner in the living room but the bedrooms had only fans, so we slept with the balcony doors open, which is very romantic but a bit hot and loud.

The property was secure in a convenient metropolitan location. Good water pressure, no mechanical issues.
The description lists air conditioning however, there is only one very very small AC unit in the main living area and none in the bedrooms. It was too hot to sleep in this apartment. The entry floor just inside the door next to the kitchen looks dirty.
