First of all from booking to check in, it was a smooth experience - host has communicated well and in right time, provided clear instructions and overall described the place very well. The apartment had 2 parking spots, which is great. There were plenty of plates and cutleries for our group of 8. Coffee, tea and creamers were there too! Its a very clean and well organized apartment! The location is very close to all the shops and restaurants. The view from balcony was spectacular. We were glad that we had chosen this apartment during our Banff visit. Highly recommended!

Nice location, clean and very spacious. The owner was very helpful in accomodating our 10 pm checkin, and was available throughout on the phone to answer any questions.

No complaints at all.

Location

Property was sterile. Too many cautionary notes around. Like living at Mom’s house again. No end tables in bedrooms. Used stools from kitchen as end tables. Massive couch in common area totally uncomfortable. No other sitting options.
