Tesisin yakınlığı çok iyi özellikle kadınlar namaz bölümüne çok yakın. Ezan okunduğu an otelden çıksanız ezan bitmeden namaz alanında oluyorsunuz. Kettle, fön makinesi, banyo içi ihtiyaçlar, diş fırçası, duş bonesi, tarak vs bulunuyor. Banyoda el sabunu yanına el losyonu da düşünülmüş, bu güzel bir detaydı. Ek ihtiyaçlarınız olunca yardımcı oluyorlar. Banyosu yeni ve temizdi. Oda temizliği de iyiydi.
Otel odası temizdi hatta hiçbir yerde raflarda vs toz bile yoktu bu konuda tebrik ederim ama nevresimde, çarşafta, yastıkta ve havlularda sarı sarı lekeler vardı. Bir otelde en önemli ve temel ihtiyaç nevresim ve havluların tertemiz lekesiz olmasıdır ve maalesef bu sorunluydu. Bir de gecelik fiyatı bu standartta otel için biraz yüksek.

Only thing i like about property is its location. You can offer all prayers in masjid e nabwi.
I thought this hotel is a premium hotel. But when i stayed there i found, they misses the basic facilities that other 2 star or 3 star hotels provide. Like towels or carpet sleepers, iron and stand.
Bed sheets were not clean, room cupboard’s door was broken. so in short they have to work on their facilities

Staff were friendly. We had some problems with the room given to us originally but when we bought it up with management they changed it straight away. It is very close to gate 328 on the ladies side of Masjid Nabw
Rooms are too small for 3 beds. No room to move round or put the prayer mat down. Room sizes moore suited to 2 beds.
