It's a lovely place and especially its location on the edge of town, a non-through traffic street, very close to the lake is great. The place is an older NZ house in great condition. The central heating makes it very comfortable as well. Plenty off street parking while there is also on street parking. Playground close by for those travelling with kids. The fruit trees were full as well!
The deck got slippery with the frost and no heated blankets which I really like in NZ winters. Nitpicking I know and it was the only "negativeish" things I can think of!

Such a fantastic location, so easy to be able to walk into town, which meant we could have a few drinks and not have to worry about driving.
