Clean and close to transport into the city.
Isolated location with no local amenities. You needed to travel into the city. Lots of the space in the apartment was not usable.

The apartment was really clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location right in the city centre. Having free parking was a huge bonus! great host and very helpful.
Everything was great, nothing to complain about!

The location of the property is within walking distance of Leeds city centre. However, it’s facing the motorway. The flat is neat and looks modern with good WIFI.
The head-drops inside the flat create severe hazards and potential of head injuries despite warning signs. A more visible warning signs will help. The flat design is difficult to navigate for mature residents. The management should make this known to potential occupants. The heating system seems not to work well and there is poor ventilation in the kitchen and toilet.
