Very friendly host, clean and neat
area could be seen as a bit sketchy at times

Spacious and clean place. Balcony was nice. Area not as busy. Host was responsive.
Second bedroom with the balcony didn’t have blinds or curtains so you’ll wake up as soon as sun is up. Also there’s an AC in primary bedroom and living room but not second bedroom, where you get sunlight in very early in the morning.
We didn’t have hot water for some reason for first two nights which was odd.

Nice and clean, everything was in working order
Location - quite far to the subway. The smaller room did not have air con and did not have curtains, so it was quite light at night.

Neighborhood: I feel safe in the neighborhood even though it appears a bit different.
None really -It is a dated property
