Pas facile à trouver il ne faut pas utiliser l’adresse mais le nom de l’établissement pour le trouver. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de pancarte. La réception n’est pas ouverte en continue mais ils ns ont permis de laisser nos valises enfin je dirai que les photos décoration ne correspondent pas à la réalité tout ce qui donne le charme ne s’y trouve pas. Well-located hotel, very close to the city center with pharmacies, restaurants, and markets nearby.

The rooms are spacious, but mine had a strong cigarette smell. There was also some mold, although I believe that may be related to the local climate. There is no daily housekeeping service. The hotel is quite simple, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. Considering the price, I think it’s worth it, but I expected a bit more due to the positive reviews and the photos provided.

Jussef was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for exploring Fira and for island-wide public buses.

The room was spacious and had three beds which was nice. Good night we got in we had trouble starting the air-conditioning, but there is nobody on the property to help us fix it. After about 40 minutes we finally got it fixed. On the final day it took 15 minutes for hot water to start flowing in the shower. There is no view from the room. Right next to our room was a utility room with no door on it so it just looks very disorganized and even had some trash in it. As you approach the room from the descending staircase from the street, there are two areas about 10 and 20 feet from our room that are just filled with trash and construction debris.

Absolutely the worst thing about this property is that it is very difficult to find. Google maps address is correct, however the hotel is down a fairly steep staircase which is not accessible with a car. Called the hotel and they told me to tell Uber to take him to the “Open mind tattoo shop“. Uber Driver could not imagine why we were going to a tattoo shop and was somewhat agitated about this. I had the hotel talk to Driver and they almost got into an argument. The hotel did not tell us the REASON we had to go to the tattoo shop. It’s because right next to the tattoo shop is the stairway that belong to the property. We sort of had to figure out that that stairway led to the hotel. There are small plaques for other properties down the stairway, but our hotel did not have a plaque at the top of the stairway indicating this is how we get to the hotel. None of this information was provided to us by the hotel, except going to the tattoo shop. Even when you go down the steps, there are absolutely no signs on the buildings indicating this is your hotel. It was so bad that another American tourist came up to us also looking for his hotel! His hotel did not have any markings as well! We only found our room because it was located in the first structure you see on your right. I understand every Greek person knows all this, but we are from United States and most hotels are on a street, and are certainly labeled. This lack of information shows disrespect for their clients in my opinion. It would be easy at the very least to inform guests that you have to go down an unmarked stairway and maybe have some photographs give the guest an idea of where they are going .
