new apartment , spacious and comfortable
the hosts didnt provide the room key code on time, had to call and message several times for it
no towels in the room , we booked the room for a 13 hour layover in sharjah , couldnt shower and freshen up as they didnt put any towels in the room , despite contacting them (which was late at night after arrival) they told me 0830 morning we will have towels but by the time we left 0915hrs, no towels had arrived
