The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the location is very good close to Heliopolis and many attractions, shops and restaurants. I totally recommend this for Egypt trip.

There was some confusion at check-in, as the room did not match our booking and the AC was quite noisy. After we raised the issue, the host was helpful and moved us to a larger unit, which we appreciated, although the process took some time and required us to repack and move our belongings. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and no tissues were provided.
Overall, the host was responsive, but the stay could have been more comfortable.
