Perfect location, central to subway (Sinchon Station) and bus stops, walking distance to Hongdae, surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. Has all the amenities you require, powerful shower pressure. Clean and neat. I was also allowed to add a guest (although this plan changed on my side) with no extra charge
I couldn't get into my room on checkin as it was checked in to the incorrect client, however this was resolved immediately and a new room was made available.I also got to retain my new room (which was more convenient on the first floor, rather than the original on the third floor. No elevators

The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for the price. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help.
The sink drainage had a small issue, but it was handled quickly after we reported it. Other than that, everything was good

"Nonostante non ci sia staff ottima comunicazione con il personale via messaggio. Camera e bagno puliti e nonostante sia al piano sotterraneo non c’era odore di muffa. Ottima posizione."
