The communication was excellent from start to finish. We were welcomed via WhatsApp and received daily messages asking if we needed anything, which made us feel very well taken care of. The apartment felt very safe with multiple secure doors. It had everything we needed, including free water, coffee, and tea. The location is great, right next to the M1 metro, making it easy to get around Milan.
The bed was comfortable but a bit short for me, as I sleep on my stomach and my feet went over the edge. The sofa bed was not very comfortable for adults, although the children didn’t mind it.
