This splendid historic Villa dates back to the 1400s, perched on a hilltop in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in a magical setting between Florence and Siena. Owned for centuries by an aristocratic family, the villa has been recently restored with great care, preserving its original character while offering every modern comfort.
The villa is available for holidays, family reunions, weddings, business meetings, and film events. Both the interior and exterior spaces are designed to provide a variety of leisure and entertainment options, tailored to meet the needs of every guest. Outdoors, the villa is surrounded by a lush garden filled with mature trees and blooming flowers. A large swimming pool sits next to a stylish bar area, alongside a sun deck with a gazebo offering panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. This timeless setting is perfect for romantic walks, candlelit dinners under the stars, or elegant wedding ceremonies.
Inside, the villa features beautifully appointed living spaces with refined furnishings and great attention to detail. Guests can enjoy spacious lounges, a game room, and three adjoining dining rooms, each furnished with large tables for gatherings. A professional, fully equipped kitchen—reserved for the villa staff but also ideal for private cooking classes—ensures a seamless culinary experience. A well-stocked wine cellar offers a curated selection of wines available upon request.
For well-being and recreation, the villa offers a wide range of exclusive amenities. These include a jacuzzi tub accommodating up to eight people, a synthetic tennis court suitable for play throughout the year, a sauna located in the pool’s changing room, and a gym equipped with essential workout gear, located on the ground floor of the guesthouse. Additional entertainment options include billiards, a plasma-screen TV with satellite channels, PlayStations, an Xbox, high-speed internet connection, fax line, and telephone lines.
The villa can accommodate up to 36 guests in a total of 18 bedrooms, offering ample space for large groups while ensuring comfort and privacy. The main villa features 13 bedrooms, while the first guesthouse (dependance) offers 3 additional bedrooms, and the second guesthouse includes 2 more bedrooms.
Additional services can be arranged on request, such as a private chef and full-time waitstaff to take care of grocery shopping, meal preparation, and daily service.
