Secured on-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee, requested in advance and subject to availability; an EV charger is on site. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Sunset Harbour on West Ave, one of the most walkable pockets of South Beach. South Beach and the sand are about a 10-minute walk east, and Lincoln Road plus the Sunset Harbour shops are only a 5-minute walk - most days you won't need a car. Food is a highlight: Pubbelly Sushi, Lucali for pizza and Sardinia for Italian are all local favorites nearby. Fuel up on coffee at Panther Coffee or Pura Vida, and stock the kitchen at Trader Joe's and Fresh Market, both walkable on West Ave. From here you're close to Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and the wider South Beach dining and nightlife scene.



Getting Around:

This is a walk-everywhere location - Lincoln Road, Sunset Harbour shops, grocery, coffee and restaurants are all a 5-minute walk, and the beach about 10 minutes on foot. A car is optional; if you bring one, there's a secured on-site garage for a nightly fee. Rideshares are plentiful across Miami Beach, and it's a straightforward drive to Downtown Miami, Wynwood and Miami International Airport.
