- Smoking is not allowed inside the studio or in enclosed common areas.
- To respect the community, we ask guests to keep noise low after 10:00 PM.
- A valid ID is required at the entrance for access to the complex.
- Apartment towels are for in-unit use only and must not be taken to the pool or common areas. In any case, make sure to return them to the department
