▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply. All staying and visiting guests must be reported to the host before arriving so condominium security can be notified.
▪️ Strictly no pets allowed (including emotional support animal). Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking within the property's premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Public spaces in the neighborhood cannot be used for gatherings of more than 6 people. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if there is a party.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors and common areas. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Additional minimum fee of $100 if odors/stains are observed from smoking or misuse
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. Dispose trash in designated area. Close all windows/doors and turn off AC/lights when leaving
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
