Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to the public transport to visit the center of Madrid.

This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has an ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The washing machine and the dryer are in the storage of the -1 floor.

This studio is equipated with a comfy sofa bed for two adults.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: Construction work is currently taking place in front of the building for a new metro line. The apartment is fitted with soundproof windows; however, some construction noise may be noticeable during the day.

Comillas is a residential, community‑oriented neighborhood in Madrid’s Carabanchel district. It offers a calm, suburban feel while remaining well connected to the rest of the city. The area is defined by its compact urban layout and easy access to essential services — local shops, cafés, and public transport.

One of its highlights is the Parque de Comillas, a green space with basketball and football courts and a relaxing atmosphere.

Recent improvements in mobility include the launch of a regulated parking (SER) zone with 2,186 spaces, helping to organize street parking and improve quality of life.

Comillas combines the peace of a residential neighborhood with good connectivity, making it a practical choice for visitors who want to explore Madrid but stay in a local, relaxed environment.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Marqués de Vadillo (line 5), is just a 10-minutes walk.

Barajas airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
