The host was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful, proactive, and quick to respond. Check-in and out was easy and clearly communicated. The property was as described and pictured. Beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and equipped with great quality furniture. It was a wonderful place for my entire family for vacation. The grill, pool, decks, and patio were as described and pictured. There were supplies and toys for the pool and beach that we were welcome to use. Each area was stocked with things that we could use to enjoy our stay. We had a 14 month old with us and we were able to use, the playpen, highchair, and beach toys. All were standard, up-to-date, safe, and in good condition. We had a family member that needed to use the elevator for accessibility. It worked great. We did have 1 issue, operator error, and the host quickly helped us to re-set it. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The beach area was quiet, residential area, extremely beautiful, and was easily accessible. The area is still rebuilding from the hurricane, but can still provide lots of options for entertainment, food, and shopping. The residents and workers in the area were welcoming, polite, and living their best life. This was a wonderful vacation for our large family.

If you are looking for the perfect Fort Myers Beach home within walking distance to the beach, this is it!We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous, immaculate beach home with high-quality finishes throughout. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, with plenty of seating inside and out.The outdoor areas were a huge highlight. There were many spots to relax, read a book, enjoy coffee, sit in the sun or shade, float in the heated pool, or unwind on the deck off the kitchen. The pool was perfectly maintained at 85 degrees and included a sun deck, comfortable furniture, bean bags, and pool noodles.The home had all the beach gear you could need, including a large wagon, five chairs, and two umbrellas. It is just a 5-minute walk, one block, from the beach.Our group included two families, nine people with five teenagers. Three bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, and the bunk-bed bedrooms shared a large, well-designed bathroom perfect for the four teenage girls. The beds were comfortable, and the house never felt crowded.The host, Randy, was an absolute gem, quick to respond, helpful, flexible, and very accommodating. The area felt safe, and we loved walking to the beach, Margaritaville, and nearby spots. Our teenagers enjoyed walking back and forth, giving us peace of mind.We have rented homes with pools in Fort Myers and this was by far the best house we’ve stayed in. It truly had everything, plus a quick walk to the beach. We will be back!
