It was absolutely perfect for a large group. Plenty of space and things to do inside and super easy safe access down to the beach.

The house was wonderful and great for our family. We appreciated the well stocked pots pans and appliances as well as all the fun activities available for all ages.

We first had issues getting into the house. The code didnt work, so we had to use the housekeeping keys to get in. Blinds were old and dirty. They didnt finish cleaning the house till five minutes from check in. When we got in the house the temperature was 56 degrees. We turned the heat on, three hours later it hadnt gone up. Our guys went down to to check the furnace and had to clean it because it had over an inch of dust on it. They said it hadnt been clean in years. After they cleaned it the house finally heated up. Downstairs also smelled of urine where the game room was and fridge smelled of rotten fish. Dishwasher also was full of dirty dishes. Other than those issues we enjoyed the house. It was nice and big and a great location. Also, if you arent morning people like us, they wont let you check out an hour late. Policy says 10:00 a.m check out and they mean it. Housekeeper pullled in as we were pulling out.
