Great accommodations! Easy access to beach and the pier.

Appreciated having sleeping quarters upstairs. Condo had great, roomy living space. Was so neat & tidy!

Brand new build so it was nice. It was confusing to know which unit was the one we rented as all have the same address and the property company did not give us a unit number. While you can kind of see the beach it is in no way walkable to the beach access and on a very busy and sometimes often loud road.

I normally don't leave reviews, but the more that I travel, the more I feel like reviews are helpful. LOCATION:This was actually a great location. On a busy street, but still pretty quiet. You're directly across from the beach access & Ocean pier. In addition, the state park is less than a mile drive. Very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping lications. THE CHECK-IN PROCESS was very simple. We got our ACCESS CODE 1 hour before the check-in time. However, we tried to time our grocery shopping to arrive right around the 4pm check-in time, but we arrived 10-15 min early and was not allowed to check-in the house early even though the house was empty & ready for our arrival. We mention we had groceries but the lady we spoke to told us "NO. Nothing is active until 4pm". This was disappointing customer service since knowing that the home empty & was ready for our arrival.*CLEANLINESS was shockingly subpar for the cost. Beautiful furniture & appliances however we called & REPORT THE CLEANING SERVICE because they did not do a good job of cleaning! For us to have to sit in the car & wait 15 min before being allowed in, the house should have been squeaking clean. The refrigerator was not cleaned at all! It's stainless steel & you could literally see finger prints on the handle. There was a LARGE FLYING ROACH inside the fridge too!! Our bed sheets didn't look changed. They apologized & offered to remedy both issues, but we took care of both i ourselves(we bought sheets & towels)
