- The first load of firewood is free; extra firewood will cost $10 per tub
- Mobile signal good for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; others are weak
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Only one pet is allowed with 24 hours prior notice, and it must be leashed at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilet a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.

My just Chris was very responsive which was great. The Tiny House was just as advertised and the bed so incredibly comfy!! Great location and easy check and check out. Would highly recommend this gorgeous little get away.
