Throughly enjoyed our stay. Not one thing was wrong
Nothing

Excellent decor, layout and facilities
Very minor points where that the house was very warm at night and the road it is located on was a little tired.

Great location. Easy for walking into town and the university. The finish is superb in the house. So pleased with every detail.
Nothing!

It was convenient to walk into York and we could park without problem. There was enough space for seven of us and two of the rooms were en suite. When we discovered a faulty kettle it was replaced promptly.
There wasn't enough comfortable seating for all of us - and in all honesty, the sofa wasn't very comfortable. There was no welcome pack of tea or coffee. Two of the beds seemed to be sloped - which did not make for a comfortable night.
