The hotel is in an excellent location, right in front of Diante Beach and within walking distance of other amazing beaches. Check-in was smooth. We arranged a taxi with the hotel, which was already waiting for us when we arrived and took us directly to the hotel. We also arranged our taxi back to the airport through the hotel. The room had a minibar, two complimentary bottles of water, a working AC and ceiling fan. The room is small but comfortable and clean, and the shower has great water pressure. Lovely local decor, a Smart TV with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Around the hotel, we found everything we needed: ATMs/banks, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops and bars. Breakfast is limited and was the same every day. However, the lady who prepares the breakfast was really lovely, friendly and welcoming every morning. She was always kind and made the breakfast experience much more pleasant.

Unfortunately, our experience with one of the receptionists, Deniza, was very unpleasant. We asked her for help and clarification regarding an issue with our room, but she was extremely rude and dismissive. She did not even look at us while speaking and continued looking at the computer screen throughout the entire interaction. Her answers were very short, with no explanation or real attempt to help us. We understand that staff can be busy, but the way she spoke to us and completely ignored us while we were asking for assistance felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. This was the only negative experience we had with the hotel staff, but unfortunately it left a very bad impression.

L’arrivée s’est déroulée sans problème, avec un accueil fluide. Le personnel est vraiment un point fort de l’établissement : toujours très poli, souriant et serviable. Ils ont notamment réservé un taxi pour nous la veille de notre départ, et celui-ci était parfaitement ponctuel, ce qui est appréciable pour un vol matinal. La chambre était équipée de la climatisation, ce qui est indispensable et appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était inclus : rien d’exceptionnel, mais suffisant pour bien démarrer la journée avant une excursion ou une sortie à la plage.

La décoration de l’hôtel est assez sommaire et manque de charme. La rue est très bruyante le soir, avec du bruit jusqu’à 23h voire minuit, ce qui peut gêner le repos. La literie est un vrai point faible : matelas très dur, inconfortable, avec des ressorts parfois perceptibles. Les oreillers sont également trop fermes, ce qui n’aide pas à passer de bonnes nuits. Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec la salle de bain : • Le bac de douche fuyait, provoquant de l’eau partout dans la pièce. • Nous avons changé de chambre, mais le problème persistait, même si de façon moins importante. • Le dernier jour, il n’y avait tout simplement pas d’eau, ce qui est problématique avant un départ tôt le matin.
