Clean & comfortable. Conveniently located near tube station. Fans provided made conditions in the apartment very pleasant in the summer heat.
Carrying luggages up & down the stairs since there was no lift. Some lights below the kitchen cabinet didn’t work & the coffee pods provided not compatible with the coffee machine.

Location and cleanliness were ok.
We had to pick up and return the keys in a nearby store. The process was not clear or practical. We initially did not have WiFi. The space was ok but it looked much better in the photos.
