Great location, immaculate apartment, everything you need. Great communication with owner, very reactive and nothing a problem.

The air conditioning was a standalone unit and found it was ok in close proximity but not enough to cool at night.

It was clean, updated and in an excellent location

The noise from the streets and stairs were hard to get luggage up and down

Posizione centrale vicinissima a Piazza di Spagna. Appartamento comodo (eravamo in 3). Bagno con grande doccia molto comoda ed angolo cottura. A 2 passi da qualsiasi servizio e` consigliato per sfruttare al massimo i giorni di vacanza in max 30 minuti si arriva a piedi praticamente a tutti i monumenti del centro di Roma.

Le due rampe di scale per accedere all`appartamente sono ripide e gradini stretti. direi che non si adattano per chi ha delle difficolta` motorie.

The location was perfect with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I would recommend this apartment for a short stay. I appreciated that Booking along with the owner agreed to give us a credit for all the inconveniences encountered. Future renters will probably not encounter the same issues as I believe the owner will be more diligent with inspections and has corrected the main issues.

The apartment was not properly inspected before arrival and many of the appliances including the heating were not working. Although the apartment appeared clean, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and dust kept accumulating in the apartment from the dirty heating vents. After numerous conversations with the owner she was finally able to hire a technician four days later to fix the dishwasher, fix the hot water in the kitchen, and to clean the heating vents. The fan over the stove was also not working and it couldn't be fixed - an inconvenience for a two week rental. In addition, the listing on Booking indicated that the apartment included an oven, but there was no oven. The breaker often tripped during the stay especially when cooking. The apartment is not sound proof and better windows would definitely improve the noise situation. Not recommended for light sleepers. Our expectations were really high given the beautiful pictures, but sadly the apartment didn't deliver.
