One of the best stays in Vietnam. Great location — close to the airport, surrounded by lovely coffee shops and local eateries, and just 20 minutes from the Old Quarter. Strongly recommend! The space was super clean and felt as close to a proper hotel as you can get, especially in terms of room size and bathroom quality. It even has a small kitchen — we didn't end up using it, but it was a nice bonus to have.

Excellent location and price for those who have a flight to catch the next morning. Literally 5 minute drive to the terminal in peak hour.
Quiet alleyway off the Main Street and staff were professional and friendly.
I usually stay in District 1 but the traffic to airport has given me one too many heart attacks.
Shower door was odd. Opens out almost touching the toilet bowl. Need to manoeuvre around the toilet to squeeze into shower.

Modern, new, clean.
AC is not great. Very warm at night.
AC switched off during sleep.
Shower head is about 5ft high.
Balcony door doesn’t lock.
Knobs on microwave falling off.
Outside the window is a swing park which stays busy with kids and parents until about 10-11pm.
It bit noisy for some.
