Design of room was good Hotel Staff delivered packages from swiggy/instamart reception to room Iron box was provided on request. Location is good and quite.

There was no restaurant Toiletries were not provided Additional towels was provided only after multiple requests. Breakfast menu was not provided, no information on how to avail it. Breakfast provided was not very good No information provided on how to use intercom, WiFi or TV Toilets were not very clean and had cobwebs. Towel roads were broken. Single bottle of water provided for the family room which accommodates 4 people. Coffee/Tea/Sugar sachets were empty and had to be requested. There was a single coffee mug provided for 4 people room and never got additional even after multiple requests. We felt that either the place was short staffed or were not trained properly to manage the place. We had call and chase up things individually, they could never follow multiple items.
