It was a pretty good stay. very good location, very hospitable management and the people were quite helpful. My room was in the terrace and it was a great view also.
ONE THING TO NOTICE - THERE IS NO KITCHEN AND HENCE IF BOOKING.COM SAYS " WITH BREAKFAST " THAT IS NOT APPLICABLE. REMEMBER THAT WHILE BOOKING.
the surprise that there was no kitchen even when booking.com charged me extra for room with complimentary breakfast. But spoke to the management and they said there has never been any kitchen.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a working TV and wifi. Parking available.
There are no Triple rooms in the venue. However triple booking was confirmed. No additional beds provided. Breakfast listed when booking, but no breakfast available. No toiletries provided. There are no eateries nearby. Nearest main road is more than 1.5km, so need some form of transport for any dining or shopping.
