It‘s very easy to get there and to Disneyland from it. The owner answered all are questions in a reasonable amount of time, which we really appreciate.
We had to bring our own beddings and were only told on the day of travelling, which was too late. We were able to rent some, but it was quite a price for a family… also one night we came home and a shelf has come down that we didn‘t even touch, but were asked to pay for the glasses that broke.
Also the app to let us in wouldn’t work, but there was a key hidden. That‘s good as a back up, but what if other people in the house know about it and get in?

Apartamento correcto.
