That it was close to everything

The place itself is well located and easy to get to local restaurants. It was clean and ready for my arrival.

This place was not a good value. The TV in the main room was broken upon my arrival. It took multiple messages to Chaz, who did not provide a cell number, which made it impossible to reach him. He gave me windows of time when it was convenient for him and his handyman to repair the TV, which remained broken throughout my stay. In addition the A/C and heat did not work, so two of the nights it was freezing and 1 day when it was very warm, the place was uncomfortably hot / cold. Again, without a way to reach Chaz, I had to wait for his response. When it came, he asked me to go turn off the power to reset the system, which was not easy to do. At any rate, the A/C and heat still did not work upon my departure. Given the rates charged for the place, I would have expected better. I did not blame Chaz for the problems, but rather for how he chose to resolve them at his convenience. While the property is as portrayed in the pictures, it was much smaller than what I was expecting. I don't mean to discourage others from booking this property, as it served its purpose and the location is excellent, but I am unlikely to stay there again.
