Our code didn't work the first time but the owner reset it promptly!
Air conditioning was out. We allowed owners to enter while we were out and they said it was fixed. When we returned, it was still very hot but it was around midnight so I did not let the owner know. I let them know in the morning, so that it could be fixed for their next renters. I have photo proof of the temps at different times, so I wish a discount would have been offered.
