It was a nice stay and it was walking distance to some areas surrounded by Walmart shopping etc .
The toilet was stopped up!

My first night, the hotel was very quiet. The hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and mostly clean. There are no extras, but it's cheap and extremely conveniently located. Breakfast is unspectacular, but it's in line with the pricing. The staff/owners are accommodating and incredibly hardworking.
I asked to be on the lower floor, so it's my own fault that my last night was interrupted by the upstairs occupants behaving like wildebeest on stampede!

Enjoy the cleanliness
Had trouble with locking the door, went swimming an came back to the door open. Pet friendly, dog barking throughout the night.
