I found it very easy to get to the location from the airport by bus. The location is very convenient, especially for public transportation, with the train station and several stops nearby that make it easy to get around and reach the city center. The city center is about 15 minutes away by foot. The room is comfortable for one person and had everything I needed.
On the downside, the mattress is quite firm and not very comfortable. Also, some light came into the room in the morning even though the shutters were closed. If you are sensitive to morning light, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask. Additionally, there was quite a lot of mold on the silicone sealant in the bathroom.

Location near train station
Good shower
Tiny attic room not big enough for comfort.
Only window was high in the eaves needing a stool (provided!) to see out.
