This house enjoys a quiet location just a few kilometres from the Slovak border.The living space totals 100m², with a modern and fully-equipped kitchen (10m²) on the ground floor, including a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave and a coffee machine. Next to it there is the cosy living room with a large dining table and comfortable chairs. The area with a sofa and fireplace stove occupies around 20m². An LCD TV with 40 international channels provides entertainment. A special stereo system with a CD player rounds off the entertainment programme. One of the bedrooms is on this floor, furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) that can be easily converted into two single beds (each 90cm wide). The bedroom also has a wardrobe, a dresser and two bedside tables. On the ground floor there is also a little bathroom with a WC and shower.The first floor comprises the other three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and ample storage space for your clothing, as well as a table and chairs for children. The room next door also has a double bed (180 x 200cm) that can be converted into two single beds, as well as two dressers, two bedside tables and an armchair. The third room has space for a cot and also has a double bed (190 x 200cm), two dressers for your clothing and two bedside tables.You can grill on the terrace with garden furniture. The site of around 500m² is fenced and also has a sandpit for children.Pets are allowed. In summer up to four bicycles are available for use. If you arrive in winter there are two sledges.
