There is a spacious living room including an open, modern kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge incl. freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a complete kitchen equipment for four people such as cutlery, plates, pots, cups, etc. In the sleeping area there is a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), in the living area there is a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm. The modern bathroom has a shower with glass partition, bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided, but no beach towels. The holiday home is equipped with TV with satellite connection, free WLAN, air conditioning, hairdryer and iron.The total area of the property is approx. 500 m². The flat on the first floor on the left has a sunny terrace of approx. 20 m² including balcony furniture. There is also a barbecue in the garden for guests to use. The house has its own car park. A wall surrounds the property, but the driveway is open.There are numerous cafés, restaurants and small fast-food takeaways on the beach, which is approx. 80 metres away as the crow flies and approx. 180 metres away on foot. All beaches in Srima can be easily reached on foot. Shopping facilities are available in the town centre and in the surrounding area. There are various options for bulk shopping in the direction of Sibenik (approx. 15 km) (Spar, CA, Drogerie Müller Kik).
