This is a renovated (2014) A-framed house in the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel, on the sun-blessed Butjadingen peninsula, right behind the embankment and near the crab fishing harbour and yacht harbour.The entrance area has a ramp for wheelchair users and pushchairs. The barrier-free ground floor comprises a living and integrated dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a barrier-free bedroom with two single beds. A flatscreen TV and DVD player are provided in the living room. The bathroom is barrier-free with a walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware, a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, mixer and sandwich toaster. A matching set of tableware and glasses for at least six people is provided. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, and another bedroom with two single beds.There is a sandpit in the garden, where there is ample space to play and run around. A grill and garden furniture are provided for cosy grill evenings.Supplementary charges such as water and electricity are included in the rental price. The playground can be used in combination with a visit to the bistro on the holiday park.It is just 500 metres from the house to the North Sea lagoon, within easy access on foot and by bike. There is a playing barn in Burhave for children. There are many shops, entertainment and restaurants in the nearby towns of Burhave and Tossens, with the so-called Friesenstrand (sandy beach).
