You can reach the house via a normal, tarmac road, which is not steep but leads slowly uphill.The large balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, becomes your second living room in summer. You have a fantastic view as far as the horizon. Blue sea as far as the eye can see. The property is not enclosed. You can park directly at the house.The 35 m² studio with separate entrance is located on the first floor and is suitable for up to three people. It has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) for a third person, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed. The bathroom has a shower with shower curtain, a WC and a washbasin with mirror. The studio is also equipped with a fan.The nearest supermarket is in Kolimbari, six kilometres away. Kastelli is twelve kilometres away. There you will find more supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank and a health centre. The village is 500 metres away and Ravdoucha beach is one kilometre away.Internet access is not available. Absolute peace and relaxation are therefore guaranteed.
