It is located in a modern building that was put into operation in January 2020 and is part of the Platan complex. This is an air-conditioned flat on the eleventh floor. It consists of one bedroom, living room with well-equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom with total area of 49 m2. A great advantage is the balcony with a beautiful view and the opportunity to spend special moments admiring picturesque sunrises and sunsets or enjoying the beautiful panorama at any time of the day. The interior is very bright, dominated by shades of white, grey and beige mixed with deep blue, which undoubtedly evoke associations with the coastal climate, the sea and holidays.
