Guests can drink alcohol too but their drinking should not create problem for us and our neighbours. It should be under control.6. There will not be any party of any type.7. Only guests will be responsible for all breakages occurred in the property by the guests, their visitors, guests’ friends, guests’ servants and helpers. 8. Guests will not touch any electrical circuits. 9. If guests stay in the house, then it is their duty to see that all doors are locked properly.10. If guests break any condition of the agreement, then we can ask guests to vacate the house immediately. Your deposit will be refunded after checking the property and its contents.
