We recommend a day at Patara Beach, about 20 minutes drive back towards Fethiye, Kaputas Beach, a 10 minute drive towards Kas and then on to Kas, about 25 minutes drive further.Islamlar in the mountains is a pleasant retreat from the heat and there are plenty of restaurants there specialising in trout dishes.Kalkan has over 100 restaurants for dining out, from informal lunch spots to gourmet restaurants. They are generally located in the harbour area, the Old Town, the commercial parts of Kalkan, in Islamlar, a 15 minute drive into the mountains and in other remote places further afield. Close to the Villa are Fidanka in Kisla and Guru's Place and Adams in Bezirgan. The prestigious Hotel Villa Mahal is located on the sea front on the other side of Kisla and offers dining, bar and a swimming platform. 07-422
