The living room has an open fireplace and upholstered furniture.The large eat-in kitchen is very well equipped: cooking island, 2 fridges with freezer compartment, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and much more.There are 3 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 of which have their own enclosed outdoor area for open-air showers.There is also a 4th bedroom with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and its own balcony.In front of the living/dining area there is a 60 m² terrace with views of the countryside with a pool and numerous places to sunbathe.Another highlight is the large 3.2 x 3.2 metre chessboard set into the floor.The pool can be heated on request, the costs for this can be requested from the landlord.This service is booked separately and must be notified to the landlord at least 10 days before arrival.at least 10 days before arrival.!!
