You can go on long walks directly on the beach or in the dune landscape and can reach neighbouring beaches directly from our house beach, for example, enjoy a few fresh local oysters, a seaweed salad and a cider at one of the many picnic spots along the beach and watch the sun dip yellow-red in the gentle waves of the Atlantic at around 10.30 pm in summer. But stays in autumn and winter are also very impressive, when the natural forces of the Atlantic create five-metre-high waves over which kite surfers fly with their colourful sails and, after a long walk in the sea spray-soaked salt air, you can warm up again in the sauna or in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace with a good glass of red wine. A renowned surf school is just 1 km away and if you would like to experience the thrill of riding a horse along the waterline, the nearest riding centre is just 500 m from the Atlantic.
