Access to the house is guaranteed. In winter, when there is a lot of snowfall, the roads may not be easily passable. The house has room for ten guests (plus baby). There are three double rooms, one triple room and one single room. The house is situated on a slight slope. The entrance is on the mezzanine floor. There is a kitchen combindes with a living room and the parlour with adjoining single room. On the 2nd floor are the three double rooms and the triple room.
