Vacation in Architectural Monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the Vacation in Architectural Monument foundation, which was set up by the Swiss Heritage Society in 2005.Public transport: SBB train to Landquart, then take the Rhaetian Railway to Schiers, from Schiers take the post bus in the direction of Pany to Putz Alte Post, then 250 metres back along the road in the direction of Schiers to the junction of the Underputzweg, then turn left 150 metres down this road to Under Putz and the house.Parking: Three private outdoor parking spaces at the house.Number of persons 4-6: A cot and high chair are available on request (up to 2 years). The house can accommodate up to six guests.
