We were greeted at the location and shown around the property by the friendly hosts Alessandro and Francesca. The house is stunning, spacious and has all you need for a care free holiday. There are 3 bedrooms with plenty of space, two bathrooms, two livingrooms and a big kitchen with dining table. We were surprised with a newly installed airconditioning in the downstairs bedroom, which actually keeps the temperature of the whole downstairs under control (very welcome as it was really warm outside). The swimming pool is excellent, from early morning till late in the evening, stunning Tuscan views while cooling in the pool, all located in a very well maintained garden. Outside you further have an outdoor kitchen with BBQ's, seating and even a refrigerator. More than plenty parking, table tennis, various seating, swimming pool beds and of course the Tuscan Çypress surrounding the property. The hosts take care of the garden and pool on a daily basis, which keeps everything in tiptop shape without you noticing it. They are really nice and even our lack of the Italian language was no issue, as English worked really well. They will help with various tips if required and within an hour, places like Florence, Sienna, Arezzo and Montepulciano are reached for the perfect daytrip. We hope to be back in the future, thanks Alessandro and Francesca !

Only the bathroom downstairs could do with an update, but I am convinced the owners will take care of this immediately.
